A Daoist scholar and Christian theologian who grew up in the East and living in the West, Rev. Dr. Sam Stone created the CAREFREE framework as a powerful tool for helping leaders
align their actions with their values and unleash their full potential.

Our flagship program, the Leadership Spirituality Mastermind, is an intensive 8-week journey of transformation and growth. Through expert guidance,
peer support, and experiential learning, participants develop the clarity, confidence, and resilience needed to lead with authenticity, purpose, and impact.
