Leadership Spirituality Institute

You are not broken.
You are burdened.
Set it down.

I help exhausted C-suite executives move from burning out to burning bright through Spiritual Fitness — the missing dimension your coach never mentioned.

损之又损,以至於無為

You've optimized everything you can see. Something invisible is draining you.

You've mastered the skills, built the team, earned the role. You've read the books, hired the coaches, and tried the retreats. And yet — you're running on fumes. The problem isn't that you need to do more. The problem is that more is the only strategy you've been taught.

Wired but tired

Your mind won't stop at 2am, but you can barely function by 2pm. You're recovering less from the same amount of rest. Research suggests this is what happens when your body's alert system forgets how to stand down.

Successful but empty

The metrics are strong. The reviews are excellent. And something at the core feels hollow. No productivity system fills it — because it isn't a productivity problem.

Leading but lonely

The higher you climb, the fewer people you can be honest with. The crown of leadership is heavy, and you've been carrying it so long you've forgotten it's not your head.

Adding but depleting

Every solution offered to you is another addition — another tool, framework, habit, practice. But you don't need to add more. You need to subtract what's crushing you.

IQ. EQ. SQ.

IQ got you the corner office. EQ made you a leader. SQ keeps you alive.

Most executive development focuses on IQ — skills, strategy, knowledge — and EQ — emotional intelligence, relationships, influence. But without SQ — Spiritual Quotient — leaders burn out. It's the missing fitness that keeps high performers sustainable. Not another skill to add. A dimension to recover.

IQ

Intellectual Quotient

Skills, strategy, knowledge — you've mastered this

EQ

Emotional Quotient

Relationships, influence, self-awareness — you've optimized this

SQ

Spiritual Quotient

The dimension that sustains everything else — this is where you're stuck

Spiritual Fitness isn't religion in the boardroom. It's the oxygen that turns destructive fire into sustainable light. Without it, all the intelligence in the world still burns you out. With it, your performance becomes something you can sustain — not by working harder, but by leading from a deeper source.

Everyone teaches the Performance Playbook. I teach The Providence Playbook.

You've been running one operating system your entire career. It got you here — but it's burning you out. There's another way. It doesn't replace your excellence. It sustains it.

The Performance Playbook

  • You drive
  • You push
  • You force
  • You add
  • You control
  • Works when you work
  • You burn out

The Providence Playbook

  • You're guided
  • You receive
  • You flow
  • You subtract
  • You trust
  • Works while you rest
  • You burn bright

This work didn't start in a boardroom. It started in my own burnout.

I've served as a pastor for nearly thirty years. I know what it means to carry the weight of leadership until it almost breaks you — and I know what happens when you finally set it down. The breakthrough that saved my ministry didn't come from adding a new system. It came from subtracting everything that wasn't essential.

That experience became the foundation of my doctoral research and, eventually, the methodology I now bring to exhausted executives. I integrate wisdom traditions that are thousands of years old with the realities of modern C-suite leadership — not as theory, but as lived practice.

I don't chase clients. I hold space. Like a lighthouse, my work is to burn bright and be available when the ships are ready. If that sounds different from every other executive coach you've encountered, it's supposed to.

The Burn Bright Collective

Burn bright again.

An intimate 8-week group experience for C-suite executives who have optimized everything they can see but still feel like they're running on fumes. This isn't another leadership program. It's a guided practice in the art of subtraction — learning what to set down so you can finally sustain.
